Our full-time courses are 3-months long with classes from Monday to Friday, who are all professionals in the digital industry. At the moment, we only offer full-time courses in Berlin.


In addition, you will get access to a large number of workshops, professional networks, job training, and conferences which can help you land a job or find a paid internship. A personal mentor helps you to find your career path in the IT industry.


In case you don't have a laptop, we will support you with one, that you give back at the end of the course.

Our full-time courses run in English. That means that you should have proficient English language skills.


In order to participate in our full-time courses, you need an education voucher ('Bildungsgutschein') from the Jobcenter or Employment Agency ('Bundesagentur für Arbeit').​

IT and Networking Essentials


Learn how to troubleshoot PC and network problems to enter the professional field of network administration and IT support. Get the CompTIA A+ and ICND1 (CCNA part 1) certificates to show your expertise to employers!

After this course:

  • You know IT essentials and how to troubleshoot PC and network problems

  • You are able to create a network of computers (LAN) and manage it

  • You have two industry certificates (CompTIA A+ and ICND1)


Entry requirements:

  • Basic computer skills

  • High school graduation

  • Interested in starting a career in the IT industry

  • Fluent in English


Desirable qualifications:

  • Professional experience or training in PC troubleshooting and computer networks

  • IT related studies started or finished



  • Internship or trainee program in network administration or IT support

  • Apprenticeship (Ausbildung), e.g. "Fachinformatiker (Systemintegration)"

  • Entry level position in network administration or IT support
