Courses for you who are new with a computer

If you have never used a computer before or want to refresh how to do, our course 'Beginner 1: Computer for everyday life' is for you! If you complete Beginner 1 or already have equivalent experience you can join 'Beginner 2: Computer for job'.

A course is 13 weeks with classes every Thursday evening from 5:30 to 8:30 PM.

All courses are in Danish, some translated into Arabic, Farsi or Tigrinya.

The courses in fall 2021 are full.

Beginner 1: Computer for everyday life

At this course, you will acquire the basic skills to use a computer and to use the internet and thereby independently be able to solve digital tasks in your everyday life.

If you have none or limited computer skills, this course is for you. At the end of this course you will be able to independently use a computer, the internet, e-mail and public platforms such as Borger.dk, e-boks.dk, Sundhed.dk and netbank.

Beginner 2: Computer for job

At this course, you will build upon your existing computer skills and acquire digital skills needed to search for a job and to take a job where basic IT-skills are required.

 

At the end of this course you will have a basic level in the mostly used Microsoft Office programs. The course is project oriented and you will create a CV, a presentation about yourself and a budget.

What will you learn? 

  • To use Word and make a CV

  • To use Power Point and make a presentation

  • To use Excel and make a budget

  • To navigate Jobnet.dk and search for jobs on the internet
