What is the BARCAMP about?

This could be recruiting trends, the job market integration of undiscovered tech talent, future skills or how diversity can lead to more innovation. The beauty of a Barcamp is that everyone can attend, all attendees are encouraged to present or facilitate a session or otherwise contribute to the event.
