CROSS-HIERARCHICAL NETWORKING AND EXCHANGE OF EXPERIENCE

By breaking down hierarchies and providing the opportunity for a direct exchange of experience with experts in business, science, culture, politics and the media, the exhibition deliberately sets itself apart from existing formats. Visitors have the opportunity to tap into the knowledge of the crowd and benefit from the know-how of experienced role models and insiders. No matter whether you are a career starter, manager or founder – the exchange always takes place at eye level. Thus, the visitor can strategically and purposefully expand her professional network in a relaxed atmosphere.

THE EXHIBITION SPECTRUM

The exhibition spectrum is unique: herCAREER-Expo offers around 350 meet-ups and 60 lectures, discussions and keynotes with more than 450 role models. Moreover, the focus is put on employers from a wide range of industries, on exciting advanced training opportunities, but also on topics relating to the compatibility of family and career as well as on offers for founders and entrepreneurs.  270 exhibitors and partners are strongly committed to champion both equal opportunities and the representation of women in management. In addition, topics such as finance, money and retirement planning have also become an essential part of the exhibition. At Future Talks, companies introduce the innovations they are working on and explain how they are driving forward digitization and New Work. The format of the Innovation Lab provides a platform to showcase hubs, accelerators and incubators.

Based on a scientifically founded survey and with the help of algorithms, the visitors receive personalized matches for the exhibitors’ offers, lectures and meet-ups, but also for a professional exchange with the stand staff and the speakers. TIP: The visitors already benefit from the best possible matches 2 weeks before the event begins. The earlier they register, the more matching rounds they will benefit from!
