Teacher: As a volunteer teacher, you support learners by teaching them topics you master:
UX & UI
Introduction to Python
Data Analytics
Machine Learning
Infrastructure Basics (Accenture led)
Cloud Computing
HTML & CSS
JavaScript
React
Salesforce Pathfinder Program
Azure AI Fundamentals
Career Trainer: You can hold career workshops in the following topics:IT Market in Germany
How to tune your CV
Fine-tune your Linkedin Profile
Surviving the job interview
And others, subject to change each semester
Mentor: As a mentor, you are paired with one or two ReDI learners for a duration of 6 months.
You can choose from a wide array of topics you feel confident mentoring in: (e.g. design, coding, writing a C.V., business English, etc.) -
No teaching experience required
Impact is one of your values
Passion for sharing knowledge and skills; patience & openness & playfulness
Strong interest in project/challenged based learning
Teamwork skills and tech skills within the area you are teaching
The lack of formal teaching education or experience is not a limitation, we see it as an amazing opportunity: The students have access to practitioners and experienced self learners like you and this could be a change-maker.
