We support you even beyond your courses!
We consider it vital to offer career support to all of our learners. In fact, at ReDI School we think it is as important as the technical skills we teach. The combination of tech courses, career workshops, and a unique mentorship program is a curriculum that makes our learners more confident, empowered and ready for the job market. We have also built our own talent pool platform, since ReDI School’s career support is a stepping stone and bridges the gap between companies looking for talents and our learners searching for a career.
Like our teachers, all of our trainers, mentors, and coaches are volunteers. We work with over 200 volunteers from over 100 companies. It is this network that is the basis for our learners to kick-start their careers.

What we offer
Job Fairs
Available in: Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, NRW, & CyberspaceThe ReDI Job Fair is an event where we connect ReDI learners and alumni with companies - with real job openings!
Tech leaders, HR experts, and recruiters attend the job fair to meet our ReDI talent.
Companies are introduced to ReDI job seekers, looking for internships, junior positions, or apprenticeships to start their career.
Career workshops
Available in: Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, NRW, Copenhagen, Hamburg & AarhusDuring the semester we organize, for our learners and alumni, several career workshops in the area of soft skills: be ReDI to apply for a job, and build your professional network.
Mentorship
Available in: Berlin, Copenhagen, Munich, NRW & HamburgWe want to connect our learners and alumni of the Digital Career program with professionals from leading companies.
A “mentee” (ReDI learners or alumni) will get guidance, career advice, or technical support with their professional goals.
A "mentor" is a person that can support with any struggles a learner may have in their ReDI course, or while looking for a job or internship, or simply help them find the right next steps in their career!
Talent Pool
Available in: Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, NRW & CyberspaceThe ReDI Talent Pool aims to help you to close the gap between completion of ReDI course and landing a first job. ReDI School’s career support is a stepping stone and bridges the gap between companies looking for talents and our learners searching for a career.
Career talks
Virtually available in all locationsWith our campaign “One Day in the Life of ...” we present exciting job profiles and inspiring career paths. All our speakers are professionals working in tech or tech-related fields who like to share their experience with ReDI learners and alumni to help them with their career development.
Company visits
Virtually available in all locationsOur learners and alumni are able to receive first hand information and insights into different companies, large corporations as well as small start-ups, and thus have a clear understanding of the different job/vocational training at the company and the respective application processes that are involved.
