At the ReDI Job Fair, our students and alumni are looking for junior positions, internships, and apprenticeships to start a career in Germany.

We expect 100+ ReDI talents from our schools throughout Germany who are ready to start their career. They have studied:

Front-End, Back-End, Data Analysis, UX/UI Design, Cloud, Intro to Computer Science & more.

ReDI School empowers a more equitable workforce by teaching and upskilling learners from migrant and refugee backgrounds with sought-after digital skills.

Together with our partners, we support the talent ecosystem by providing the network and knowledge needed for the various German industries.

    To build towards a better talent pool, companies can host courses to upskill students for their roles. Here, companies play a role in defining the curriculum and inviting company employees to volunteer as teachers.

  • Internship hosting

    Partner companies can take in interns specialized in their industry for 3–6 months.
    ReDI helps promote opportunities and facilitate the recruitment process.

  • Other support

    To get involved in other ways, ReDI partners can also host company visits or workshops, participate in career fairs, share relevant job opportunities, or pen articles and opinion pieces for the media.
