ReDI Career Track: User-Centered Design

Course Overview

- Apply fundamental design principles, such as typography, color theory, and layout, to create effective and engaging digital products
- Use a variety of design tools and techniques (e.g. wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing) to design and iterate on digital products.
- Conduct user research, identify user needs and goals, and use that information to guide design decisions
- You speak English
- You can commit to at least 10 hours a week (classes + self-study)
- You are interested in exploring design and are open-minded about getting feedback on your work
- You have a basic understanding of how to use computers, like working with files and documents, the internet, emails etc.
- Company visits
- Applying for a career coach
