Course Overview
In an era where "having AI licences" is no longer enough, the challenge for modern companies is "using AI" to create value. This course is a practical, strategy-focused program designed to prepare adult learners to become future-ready AI consultants.
Participants will learn to strategically identify, evaluate, and implement AI opportunities within organizational workflows. We focus on bridging the gap for companies that have invested in AI tools (fx Microsoft Copilot) but lack the adoption strategy or governance to see measurable impact.

Strategic AI Implementation
Evaluate organizational AI maturity and develop adoption roadmaps.
Align AI initiatives with core business goals.
Workflow Optimization
Map existing processes to identify inefficiencies.
Design AI-supported workflows across sales, HR, operations, and project management.
Consulting & Communication
Build business cases for AI and facilitate stakeholder dialogues.
Communicate complex AI strategies to decision-makers.
Ethics & Governance
Apply responsible AI principles and navigate the risks of implementation

You can commit: Commit to attending classes regularly and participating actively to at least 10 out of 12 classes.
