ReDI School was awarded the first-ever Stefan Schörghuber Prize 2025 🎉
We are beyond thrilled to share some wonderful news: The ReDI School of Digital Integration has been awarded the Stefan Schörghuber Prize 2025!
Out of more than 160 applications, we were honored to be selected as one of just three prize winners in this first edition of the award.
This prize, awarded for the very first time by the Stefan Schörghuber Foundation, honors initiatives that open doors for socially disadvantaged people – especially by helping them find pathways into the labor market. Alongside two other inspiring organizations, we are humbled to be part of this premiere.
About the Stefan Schörghuber Foundation
The foundation was established after the passing of Stefan Schörghuber by his wife Alexandra and their three children. The Schörghuber family is well known in Munich for their entrepreneurial legacy as well as for their long-standing commitment to social responsibility. With this new award, they are building a bridge between the world of business and communities that often face barriers to participation.
We are especially grateful to Alexandra Schörghuber and her three children for their vision and generosity. The evening at Paulaner am Nockherberg was not only a celebration, but also a heartfelt gathering with warm atmosphere, inspiring speeches, and wonderful conversations. It was an evening that reminded us how powerful it is when business leaders and civil society come together to invest in inclusion.

A special thank you also to Florian Schörghuber, current CEO of the Schörghuber Group – and recently named Bavarian Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 🏆 (congratulations!). His leadership is a strong sign that this tradition of responsibility and forward-thinking will continue. You can read more about him on LinkedIn.
What this award means to ReDI
For us, this recognition is pure encouragement. Since 2016, our Digital Career Program has supported more than 15,000 learners from over 100 nations on their way into the tech sector. Together with 3,500+ volunteer experts, we’ve built bridges into the job market, helped thousands start their careers, and proven that inclusion and innovation go hand in hand. 🚀
The prize money will allow us to expand our curriculum in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI) – so that people from marginalized communities can access the future of work and are not left behind by the next wave of digital transformation.
Gratitude
This award belongs to everyone who makes ReDI possible: our dedicated team, our amazing community, our tireless volunteers, and our many partners and supporters. Without you, none of this would happen.
And of course: our heartfelt thanks to the jury for their recognition, and to all those who joined us in celebrating at Nockherberg.
