Servus! We are ReDI Munich
ReDI Munich came to the Bavarian capital in 2017 with the great support of the City of Munich (MBQ, Referat für Arbeit und Wirtschaft).
Since then we have thrived to be the leading hub of free digital education for beginners and advanced tech talents between the ages of 10 and 60+ years.
The growing ReDI Munich community consists of over 15,000 members from 100+ nationalities that include corporations, learners and digital & tech experts as well as coaches, mentors from different industries.
Since 2018 we are a certified education provider (AZAV). In 2022 ReDI Munich was honored with the renowned Eurocities Award for its public-private partnership with the City of Munich.

BayCode Program
With BayCode, we create digital participation and equal opportunities for young people throughout Bavaria to master the challenges of everyday digital school life, together with schools and teachers, and open up exciting future prospects for students. The youth program has been touring Bavaria since July 2021 and has offered over 9,000 young people the opportunity for digital training.
We are ReDI for Ausbildung!
The gap is growing: German companies cannot find enough apprentices and, therefore, skilled workers. And people with a migration background find it difficult to get an apprenticeship (Ausbildung). The aim of ReDI School is to bring both groups into contact with each other, break down the barriers to accessing apprenticeships and create innovative pathways and offerings.

Eurocities Award - Act Together 2022
The ‘Act Together’ Eurocities award seeks successful projects that are developed alongside local communities to boost the skills and competencies of people to put them into more meaningful jobs.
ReDI School Munich and the City of Munich (MBQ, Referat für Arbeit und Wirtschaft) were the 2022 winners of this annual conference, which took place in Espoo, Finland.
